This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Customer", "User", or "You") and OS-BOOKS ("We", "Our", or "Us"). By subscribing to or using the OS-BOOKS software and services ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
OS-BOOKS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the software on a subscription basis, solely for your internal business operations and in accordance with this Agreement.
Licenses are available in 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year plans. The license term begins from the date of activation or payment confirmation and continues until the selected term expires unless renewed by the Customer.
Licenses must be manually renewed by the Customer before the expiration date to continue uninterrupted use. No part of the license term is carried forward if renewal is delayed. OS-BOOKS does not provide automatic renewal; customers are solely responsible for ensuring timely renewal.
The software is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and may only be used for lawful and authorized business purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or modify any part of the software. One license is valid for a single business entity and is non-transferable.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login details with unauthorized users. Any activities conducted under your account are your responsibility.
All data you enter into the software remains your property. OS-BOOKS will not access, share, or use your data for any purposes other than providing and maintaining the service. We follow industry best practices for data security and privacy, as required by applicable Indian laws.
Active license holders are entitled to receive software updates, feature enhancements, and customer support during the license period. Support hours and response times may vary based on your subscription plan.
You may select a longer-term plan at the time of renewal. Mid-term upgrades or downgrades are not supported once a license term has begun. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial usage or early termination.
OS-BOOKS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement or violate applicable laws. You may also cancel your license by providing written notice; however, no refunds will be issued for unused license periods.
OS-BOOKS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the license term in which the claim arose.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Depalpur Dist- Indore.
OS-BOOKS may update or revise this License Agreement at any time. Any changes will be notified through the software interface or via email. Continued use of the software indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
